阿尔茨海默氏病

阿尔茨海默病是一种渐进性脑部疾病，逐渐破坏记忆和其他重要的脑功能。超过 90% 的阿尔茨海默病病例属于晚发型，症状通常在 65 岁以后出现。在受影响的大脑中可以检测到两种异常结构，即斑块和缠结，它们被认为是导致细胞死亡和组织丧失的主要原因。

间充质干细胞正被积极探索作为治疗阿尔茨海默病等免疫介导疾病的潜在选择。
